We can manage your project from start to finish. We have worked with membrane companies, mechanical contractors and electrical contractors and can manage all or any steps that you might require assistance in.

Some recent projects:

• Project management of 4 ships waste water pre-screening upgrades. We managed the labor, parts and material, removal of existing filters and installation of new screens, electrical panels and programming, integration of controls into the ships scada control and testing of the equipment.

• Managed the installation of a pilot plant into an existing operation. Supervised the mechanical and electrical installation. 

• Managed the installation of a full size new waste water plant on a ship. Client and manufacturer did all the purchasing, we provided on site project management to make sure the system was installed according to the clients specification.
